    Share a private link by message or email. It opens in any phone browser, and they can open the gift without playing.

Refunds

Changed your mind? You have 30 days.

Ask within 30 days, no questions asked. For purchases in November or December 2026, the window never closes before 10 January 2027. The refund covers the wrapping fee, and the link stops working.

We don’t sell or check gifts; you add your own.

TheGiftQuest makes the journey. The gift card, money or tickets come from you, and your recipient sees them exactly as you entered them, credited to you.

Questions

Do they need to download anything?

No. The link opens in any phone browser, including inside WhatsApp and Messenger.

What if they’d rather not play?

They can open the gift from the first screen, or at any point during the journey.

How long does the game take?

Three to five minutes. If they get stuck, the game shows the way and can carry them forward.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Build the gift and play the whole preview free. The preview shows a placeholder where the gift will be.

Can I change the gift after sending?

Yes, from your management link, until they press Play or Open.

What happens after 90 days?

The link stops working. We delete gift details and messages 30 days after that.
